Job Description:

Rasa Floors is a collection of talented people, united by our passion for serving others and committed to delivering the best customer experience in the industry. We are currently seeking experienced, passionate, positive, energetic, Customer Relations Representatives to join our customer services team. These positions will be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with our customers by performing the following job responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phones calls and emails effectively and efficiently from our internal and external customers
  • Receive orders for installation services and accurately input into company database
  • Use problem solving skills to identify root causes of service related challenges and provide resolutions to customer inquires
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within Rasa Floors to resolve service related inquires
  • Other duties as assigned


Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday (rotating Saturdays)

Night Shift: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday - Friday (rotating Saturdays)

Experience and Skills:


Skills, Preferences and Education Requirements:

  • Must have the ability to listen to and answer customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Must have experience answering multi-line phone systems
  • Must have data entry experience with the ability to 10 key by touch
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills (strong diction, voice quality, and clarity of speech)
  • Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently
  • Must be detail orientated and have the ability to prioritize task and duties
  • Must have ability to multi-task and think clearly when working under pressure
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
  • 3-5 years customer service experience preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years property management experience within the multi-family industry preferred but not required
  • Bilingual preferred but not required

  • $15.00 (evening shift will be paid an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential)
